due to a complete computer meltdown I've been away from the game. I just got back on and see what appears to be a second belt pouch slot on my toon. I tried adding a belt pouch, but it wouldn't take. is there something new that goes there? AND I see you can purchase additional storage panes.
there's one in my storage called "4th anniversary". do you have to buy that one also?( I didn't see that listed at the ANET store)

You can get the 4th anniversary slot by going to the ncsoft website and going through most of the purchase screens for a extra storage slot. You will have an opportunity to enter FREESTORAGE and it will add it to your account. You must know the account info from your master account to log onto ncsoft. The new pouch is an equipment pouch that can be purchased from the merchant for 2.5k. By doing the Zaishen quests that change daily you can work your way up to a 20 slot pouch.

Remember that the anet accts have been moved to ncsoft.
